We had such a beautiful day on the mountain top in Maine and as much as there is to be said you can just hear what the bride said about how they met, Ashley said, “We originally talked on a dating site. We set up a date for dinner to meet. When the day of the date came we had one of the biggest snowstorms of the year and had to cancel the date. Unfortunately soon after we canceled I met someone and started dating them. I dated him for a couple months. It was a few months later that I was just finishing a run around the boulevard when I saw someone that looked like Billy. I later sent him a message asking if that was him running. It was, and he thought he saw me too. We then started talking again and decided to set up another date. We met at Gelato Fiasco in Portland. Had some gelato and walked around the old port. It felt like we had known each other for years. The following weekend we hiked one of the NH 4,000 footers Moosilauke. He proposed at my parent’s camp 2.5 years later with the ring in a brand new kayak on my 33rd birthday!” It just proves that when two people are meant for each other the universe has a way of connecting them and we are glad it did! Congratulations to these two it was a pleasure being a part of your big day!
